Click a column's name or ✎ to rename it, drag the ⠿ handle to reorder (or focus it and use the arrow keys), and 🗑 to remove an empty one. Columns, their names, colours and the two rules below each are part of the board and travel with an export. The tick box only changes this browser's view — a hidden column keeps its tasks, and you can still move a task there from its detail panel.

Boards

Only the board you are looking at is synced with the cloud — the others are picked up when you switch to them. Export downloads the copy on this device; deleting a board removes it from this browser, and offers to delete its cloud copy too.
